We'll send you an excel file by email or whatsapp in which you can fill in the details of your establishment;
Once the file has been filled in, you can send it back to us using the same address you used above, and we will give you the payment details according to the pack you have chosen;
Once payment has been made, we'll configure the application and you'll receive an email with all your access details (access link, username, password, school code)..
The information you can change in your account is: your username and password.
1 - Changing the username
To change your username,
if you are an administrator, go to the School settings module and click on Management of users, ook at your account details in the table that appears and click on the blue button with the pencil icon. A small window will appear in which you can enter your new username and then save.
If you have a personel request, please contact the administrator and he will do it for you.
2 - Changing password
If you have forgotten your password, please contact the administrator and he will do it for you.
If you still have your old password, log in and you will see your name and the logo of your school at the top right of your screen. Click on it and then on the button Edit MDP, A window will appear asking you to enter your old password, then your new one, then save your settings and you will be logged out. Simply enter your login details to log in again.
When you subscribed, you received an e-mail with your school details, including its unique code.
Send us an email with the address contacts@eschool-sms.net, by whathsapp at +237 678793169 / 697338679 a message specifying the name of your school and its unique code;
We will send you the payment details according to your package;
Once you have paid, we will email you a code representing your single-use licence;
Once you have received your licence, log on to the application, in the School settings module, click on configuration and in the General information tab, enter this licence code and save. Your licence will be renewed for one year.
eSchool-SMS is a completely online application, accessible via an internet connection. You don't need to be at your school to access the application, you can do it from home, wherever you feel comfortable working, whether it's with a smartphone, tablet, laptop or even a desktop.
